Same teammates and more of an accident but Michael Barlow

Smothering that takes out legs, you can smother the ball without cutting the players legs in half.
So in essence it happens very rarely in a motion that is extremely hard to control 'duty of care'.

After that delay they could have a 5 minute half time break but they won't.

According to my guide that Freo v Geelong game started around the same time as ours yet they are at 3/4 time.

The positioning of that MG/Santos banner makes it look like she's a racehorse about to be put down.

Yeah the incident happened close by but our line of sight was blocked. Privacy banners going up was more than a bit distressing. Only seen that at motorcycle tracks at very bad times.

Seems the commentary team and the boundary rider have all been told that we are Port Power…..

WE LITERALLY BROUGHT IN A NEW RULE FOR ONE SINGLE BROKEN LEG IN THE MENS.
Sliding in below the knees is different to a staple of the sport, you can't control a lunging player executing a smother on a player in motion the act itself is attacking the kicking leg. What you want is the smother banned for a rare occurrence.

Few people leaving at half time, seems the delay was a bit too much for some with little ones.
