I'll give you a top 12, in no particular order ...

Tredrea
Wanganeen
C.Cornes
K.Cornes
Schulz
R.Gray
P.Burgoyne
Boak
Westhoff
Lade
Primus
Wilson

The remaining 3 places are tricky, I could make an argument for any of ...

Wakelin
Dew
Wingard
S.Burgoyne
Carr
Wines
Francou

1. Tredrea
2. Wanganeen
3. R. Gray
4. K Cornes
5. C Cornes
6. Primus
7. Lade
8. Francou
9. P Burgoyne
10. Wakelin
11. Boak
12. S Burgoyne

Most Stiff are Westhoff, Cassisi, and Carr. Is this too outrageous??
This is obviously not including John Butcher at 1 because that goes without saying.

If its meant to be in an order then Wakelin is far too high. 15th at the highest

Kane Cornes makes the list but not top 5. Not top 10 in my opinion but others will disagree.

Certainly in the conversation, achieved a hell of a lot and probably deserves to be in the top 15.

300 games, 2 X AA, 4 BnF and 10 years straight in the top 3.
