Has it been a particularly bad pre season for injuries across the afl, or pretty standard?

I was thinking the same. At a minimum it feels like there have been a lot of fresh injuries in the build up to round 1.

Blues won't be that bad. Will score a lot from 666 with Kruezer, Cripps, Murphy, Walsh in the guts and Curnow up front. I have them pushing the 8, maybe 10th

I'd say that those top-6 clubs will continue to lead membership numbers for the next 10-20 years, regardless of on-field success.

If Bulldogs can't grow members after a recent flag then they never will.

Not that crazy a theory, they were 4-4 in 2016 from memory.

Cripps is like their GAblett at the Suns.

You comfortably remove 6-7 clubs and the vast majority of supporters wouldnt notice. And the quality all round would be far higher
