It happened in June 2018. In August last year there was something about him making himself unavailable for selection, supposedly due to a pending court case he was facing for assaulting someone in Gawler earlier that year. Nothing about the drugs at that stage. In March this year there was an article about the ASADA investigation. Now ASADA has issued their verdict/sentence.

Found this by fluke, but nicely sums up Bruce's commentary of the last 10 years or so. He was good up until end of 2001. 7 lose the rights for 5 years and since he came back in 2007 has been a steady downward decline.
