Can't wait for the Eric Clapton cocaine parody :D
Greg Champion 30 odd years ago did a parody when Alex Watson - pentathlon - tested positive to high caffeine levels at 1988 Seoul Olympics. He said he drank a lot of coffee as he spent all day having fencing bouts. I have always remembered the opening lines but forget the rest of the song;
If you're chasing your dreams, you need your 43 beans, Caffeine,
You've got the fencing today, break out the Nescafe, Caffeine.

It's OK, they're getting Todd Viney to replace Brad.

When does the delusion stop? You are not a destination club. No-one wants to play for you.
They still think this was a setup done by a Port supporter and the Victorian media, where they only got busted for a little bit of weed. I mean sure...... lets completely ignore the fact that drug diversion doesn't apply to small amounts of cannabis, and they were roaming the city at 5am on a Monday when nothing would have been open for hours except the casino (closes at 4am, who could have reported them). Two (most likely intoxicated) young guys roaming the dead streets of the city at 5am with a bag of drugs, yep nothing that would attract attention there.

Why are people arguing over whether drugs are good or bad?

Just enjoy the schadenfreude for 7’s sake!

Agreed. It's only a matter of time before a Port player gets pinged for something similar, let's enjoy our moment

Gee the worm has turned 180° in the last 3 years

So these crows players with illicit drugs, just sent to counselling and that's it? No police charges?
Courts haven't given drug takers hard sentences - for years. Cops have stopped wasting their time in courts for small amounts. Large amounts that suggests trafficking in drugs, is different.

This article explained the law and diversion programs back in March 2016.

Yeah, you'll get some time at the station and some verbal, but nothing goes on your public record.

I've got a family connection who knows the Stengle family a bit. Suffice to say that Tyson's behaviour isn't out of character for a member of that family.

And their roast chickens are s**t.

Yeah regional areas don't have issues with drugs at all..

I can confirm that we do. Coke's a bitch to find at 3am on a Saturday in Nuriootpa.

Ok. I'd expect suspensions imposed by the afl though.
