Their backline is the real issue. It’s essentialky going to be Phil Davis, Heath Shaw and a bunch of inexperienced kids.
Ryan Griffen will probably go back like he did in 2016. There’s talk Deledio might too. Tomlinson is a good player. Keefe could be a handy back up.

They are being stretched thin but they still have the talent provided they don’t get many more injuries.

NUFC, YES.
Basically cant do anything else. Zero offensive capability.
It's comical to think he was rated as a first round pick. Slow, one-sided, no weapons (wildly overrated left boot) and hit his ceiling in U18's.

Playing out his days in the obsolescent role of tagger is a fitting outcome for him.

Richmond have been good, both have decent sides out.
Good is hard to say though as they seem to be trying harder...you know what I mean.
Richmond a little closer to full strength. More cohesive and settled, but yeah, also going a bit harder. But that's their style. Essendon can't find any space.

He is going to be a member of the new On the Couch panel as well.

Gary Lyon should have been left on the post-footballer afl media scrapheap after his indiscretions a couple years ago, but no, now he is probably in a better position than before
If you cheat on your wife should your company sack you to never return to the industry?
