The Crows' off field administration does need a complete clean out if they're going to achieve anything. That means board, execs, fitness team, coaches, etc. They're basically stacked with ex-Crows players or people who have the same arrogant sense of entitlement (Andrew Fagan I'm looking at you), and it repeatedly f**ks them. They never learn.

All that said, I hope they never change a thing. It makes for good entertainment
