North are embarrassing themselves. De Goey is good, but not worth $1 million. They are so desperate to land 'a big fish'. Still if their reek of desperation forces other clubs to pay overs for players it's not all bad. I like the bit about Wines staying for less then offers. Strangely no mention of Tom Lynch (the crows version) choosing culture over a bigger pay check.
