I really hope us winning last night doesn't majorly advantage WCE and assist them making and winning a Grand Final.

I don't want their rebuild complete after 1 year....in saying that though, would love to see the Bulldogs win the flag, I could handle that, although it is probably unlikely.

Yeah, it's unlikely but I'm all in on the Dogs from here.

Hawthorn - Campaigners
Freo - Ross Lyon is a campaigner, plus it's funny that they still haven't won a premiership
WCE - The Crows of WA
Sydney - Unfairly recruited Franklin and Tippett for nothing and then had a cry when their unfair advantage was taken away from them
Richmond - Campaigners
Norf - Campaigners
Adelaide - Campaigners

Bulldogs - Young exciting team who nobody (including me) expected anything of, remind me a lot of 2013 Port, but better.

For some reason, I could tolerate a Freo flag much more than an Eagles flag.

Perhaps because Dockers have played finals consistently recently and are not the up-starts that the Eagles are.

of all the richmond players*, for some reason I dislike sam lloyd just about as much as any of them. Which is impressive considering he is not a flog like grimes, vickery, riewoldt, or cotchin.

*Chaplin doesnt count, for reasons that dont need explaining.

Just quietly, a collingwood victory today wouldn't hurt us at all.
Nah, definitely cheering for Richmond. No chance of the Tigers percentage falling enough for us to catch, and a Collingwood loss helps put them out of the picture. Plus, we need Tigers to (soundly) beat North in the last round, so if we are going to get in, they definitely will be in as well.

Basically, our very flimsy finals chances rely on either Adelaide losing all their remaining games, or North losing all their remaining games by enough to allow us to overtake their percentage. And then we need to hope that Geelong, Collingwood and GWS falter. Oh, and we need to soundly beat GC and Fremantle. I think North is our best chance.

"Gordon Street? Ah, yes, Gordon Street. I once knew a malcom who lived on Gordon Street. Long time ago, when he was a young man. Not a day passes I don't think of him and the promise that I made which I will always keep. That one perfect day on Gordon Street."

Those who have seen waynes world 2 will understand

"Collingwood's captain Scott Pendlebury has said today was the first time he has played an AFL game that didn't mean anything."

The 2 games highlight the difference between Port Adelaide & Collingwood, you wouldn't hear Boak say that.
They wernt expected to make finals all year why stop trying now.
