It wasn’t training, it was match sim.
And judging by the score and the countdown clock, Carlton are in for a long year.

On the contrary it would seem that a Carlton flag is guaranteed. Many people believe that in the AFL "defence wins premierships" and here we clearly have two exceptional defensive teams as neither side has allowed the other to score.

I saw this and first was thought how many games did Jack Oatey win? ( Fos coached about 9 seasons less than Jack).

Thought Goorjian's and Bennet's wins would be more than Jock McHale, Mick Malthouse and Kevin Sheedy, as they would have checked those records.

What about John Todd, 40 years coaching and 6 flags and Phil Matson who coached 8 flags in the WAFL?

Oatey..... 521 wins from 786 games.
McHale... 466 wins / 713
Malthouse 406 wins / 718
Sheedy .. 389 wins / 678
Todd ...... 365 wins / 721
Matson ... records are incomplete but only coached for 12 seasons in the WAFL for 8 flags. Played for Sturt and SA as well as WA, West Perth, North Freo and won flags as player and coach at Subi and at East Perth.
Fos ....... 378 wins / 574

I dip my lid to you Brian. Well done.

Is winningest, total wins or % wins or title wins??

That is not true. When Warren first started playing he had a habit of dropping his head when going for a mark. The message was. You tell Warren if he drops his head again he is off. He didn’t like it but it made him a better player.
It is true. You calling Tredrea a liar?
He said it at his testimonial - he was off to Carlton. He was asked the question, and he answered.

Circle work at any level is supposed to be about quick movement, with the first option to keep the ball off the ground as much as possible, the second to put it to the advantage of a receiving player to run onto, and the third to keep it inside the field of play.

I didn't see much at all of what should be basic skills for AFL listed players in that rag tag Carlton clip of shanked kicks and multiple half hearted efforts, or signs of any coaching staff pulling them up for it, and suspect blokes like Fos, Jack Cahill or Choco would have blown the pea out of their whistles in less than 20 seconds if players in their eras had served up that rubbish.

Clohesy added to SSP group

Former Geelong player Ted Clohesy has joined Port Adelaide as a train-on player during the supplemental selection period.

"... the AFL aims to add consistency to program."

The AFL is actually admitting that its approach to NGA eligibility is inconsistent. I am without speech.

'It was fine before port worked out how to take advantage of it'

A role designed to help clubs follow Rules and regulations Chad Wingard was definitely the first person I thought of. **** me.
