Good question, Lynch is giving him a bit of a bath, but the no-pressure disposal by WC to him makes his job bloody hard.

Im expecting a 100 point loss now. We made our run, got to within a point and then just completely stopped doing anything. West Coast had about the last 15 Inside 50s, 5 goals in time on. Was just error after error for us. Handballs to the opposition by themselves, kicks goign nowhere, not manning up, Primus' "ruckwork".

Positives: Wanganeen, P Burgoyne, Wakelin, Cassisi has done well on Judd. Thats about it.

Our problem is our inability to actually score. Don't worry about what WC kick, we are never going to win games at our standard 5 goals a half. Been waiting about a month for a crumbing goal.

They said at 1/4 time that Ecks was conscious and alert but some worry about whether his neck is alright or not.

Primus...something has to be done. You cant win football out of the midfield with a ruckman that doesnt jump and cant get his hand within 5 metres of the ball.

Didnt think Chad was playing too badly, tho he had his one or two brainfarts.

Simply because we have to many talls in the 50M arc.
Look who started as Forwards. Tredders, Lade,Thurstans and Ebert in the goal square

Really disappointing - reminds me of the Sydney game - so close for a fair while but no initiative or ability to hit the front - eventually we get worn down, Judd breaks clear, Primus gets thumped in the hitouts and we are 6 goals down in the blink of an eye. Minimum of 12 goals loss. If we know one thing about our boys' history, it is when we are losing away from home, you can double the deficit plus some in the second half.

Some observations:
Primus is struggling badly - hasn't dropped into defence to help once. When he has been in the middle they have slaughtered us. Lade went in there late in the first term and we looked half reasonable. Meanwhile Brogan gets 30 taps for South. All we need is a ruckman who gets the ball forward and can drop into defence. Primus does neither.

Francou - when it rains on Josh, it hails on him. How many clear and undisciplined frees has he given away. How many grubber kicks or handballs that miss their mark does he have to produce?

Bishop - if anyone has the time to track back in detail Bish's season, you will see he has been beaten every week, often by an underrated player. Today he has been thrashed and when he has touched the ball it has resulted in an error.

Chad - in the first quarter and a half he had no idea where Hansen was. In the last 10 minutes of that quarter he was like a stationary object mis-tackling opponents as they snapped goals.

Byron - weak as. Fumbled a ball when he was running in to goal from 55m. Just useless.

White - I have lost all confidence that Damon can be an AFL quality player. Slow as the Queen Mary, always chases from about 10+m from his opponent.

Ebert - see White.

This suxxx. At least Willits played well yesterday .

Again, good onya Carey.....did a good job sticking up for one of your old Crow mates. What Healy said was right, there may not have been anything too ugly with it but in the end he hit him flush in the face with an elbow.

And again, I wonder what Waynes reaction would have been if Pickett had done that.

Totally agree about the no ruckmen dropping back to stop the leading WC forwards, I said the same thing to the misses after a mark by Lynch I think it was.

White does well when he gets the ball, I think you are a bit harsh there, he just dosent get it enough, and he needs to stay well clear of Tredders.

I do think we are playing alot better than the Sydney game, just getting killed in 5 minutes here and there. The effort is there, WC are just too good.

Once again I get really dissapointed when we do those one handed tackles.

Primus has been guilty of this 3 times in the first half. When we look bad we look really bad.

Tredrea must have had a gangbang with all of the umpires sisters. Its the only reason I can think of that he cant win a free kick.

I'm not watching the game but I would play Tredrea by himself in the F50 and just give him space. Flood back then get the fast break to him. I'm no AFL tactical freak but it's just a suggestion.
