The difference is this year we have shown genuine resilience in these situations. To ignore the blatantly wrong umpiring that’s cost us what 3 goals so far is a bloody good start. And yes that sentence encapsulates most of what is wrong with footy at the moment.

Mayes isn't best 22 by any stretch of the imagination.

Ladhams keeps playing like that and Georgiades and Marshall are fighting for the same spot.

Still think a fit and firing Watts would give us more potency down back, but I'm not sure who he'd replace.

So really, it's only Burton, Rozee, Motlop and Ebert that were missing.
