Took a while to summon up the motivation this week; here we go.

1. We are undefeated this season with Travis Varcoe.
2. Goodyear didn't completely suck on debut.
3. We should be 0-3 but aren't.
4. Pendles' ribs should be one week further healed.
5. Sidebottom IN, Vince OUT.

7. Richmond win was great. If we had to be 1-2 , rather have it this way.
8. Still room to improve on players now in the VFL..
9. We are not the only club spudding it up
10. Marsh is okay
11. We are Collingwood

Don't think it's as bleak a picture as a lot of people here are saying, so thanks for the opportunity of posting in this thread.
We're only one game away from turning our season around. Beat Melbourne and we stand at two from four. Hardly the start we were predicting, but not a train wreck either. We still have aspirations of making the final eight.
Three games now for Treloar at a new club. Two in for Aish and first up game for Howe, with Howe expected to play against his old team on Sunday.
We can't play much worst than we have and can only improve from here.
We just need to gel as a team and play for each other. If we play to our abilities and follow the team instructions and stick to our structures on the ground and each player performs his role, then we will win more games than we lose.
Our midfield improved against St Kilda with Crisp and De Goey finding more of the ball. It has to keep improving.
Goodyear was OK on debut. We have a player with a bright future.
Varcoe and Sidebottom will come back in against Melbourne. Toovey played well in the VFL so would be expected to come back in.
St Kilda are better than a lot of people are making out, but some people just prefer to put Collingwood down at the first opportunity. St Kilda actually played better when Riewoldt and McCartain were injured because it left them with more runners on the ground, but again, people just prefer to bag Collingwood when we're down.
We deserve most of the criticism for the way we played. We can play a lot better, but some of the criticism for the way we played has been so far over the top, as to paint a false picture of where we sit as a team and how we can play when we get our confidence back.

That made me smile...ah yes, the UnShaw years!!
Think I may one of a few that thought that Shaw was a good 'coach' in the true sense of the word.
He had a really tough gig.

1. We have more wins than Fremantle
2. We won the VFL & a few depth players played ok
3. We kicked straight - 14 goals 6!
4. We won the clearances
5. Langdon performed well after playing two rounds of football that may have normally seen him dropped
6. The last time we lost to St Kilda in round 3 we went on to win the flag :D Riewoldt went off at half time that day too
7. Our average losing margin for 2016 improved
8. Crisp was better
9. Aish has never been held goalless as a Pie
10. Our next two games are winnable - let's hope we can get this thing back on track.

Third youngest team in the competition for Rnd 3. Only Melbourne and Brisbane were younger.

We've used 12 players through our back line - surely some stability going forward will help improve our inability to defend and rebound (why is there no 'fingers-crossed' emoticon?)
