Did you see those stats on the RFCs record against top 8 sides? Something like 6 wins in 4 years. What does that tell you?

One game? Yes, that would be a blip on the radar. If you expected me to all of a sudden lose all faith in everything about Richmond based on one abberation, you were sorely mistaken, just as I would be had we won convincingly and I expected you to change your opinion.

Ok Fish, I think it comes down to this. You see the loss and think it is one out of the bag. I see the loss, and I see the same old same old. The same players shirking contests, the same players missing targets, the same players dropping marks, the same ****ing shit we have witnessed the past 4 years. You think that these deficiencies are simply a one off abberation, I see a pattern emerging from the same players that has does not appear to improve. Schulz continues to go walkabout, McMuffin continues to turn the ball over, our senior players continue to go missing when the shit hits the fan, so on and so forth. The only players I felt made some sort of improvement were Morton and White, and perhaps to a lesser extend Jackson.

Why is it that the same deficiencies are for all to see yet you wear a blindfold when they are glaring my eyes out?

I do see them. I saw them last night, how could I not? They were everywhere. We were horrendous. We put in one of the worst efforts I've ever seen by any football team. But the upside to our team still remains, however little it was shown last night. When we start playing well, which we will, I'm not expecting you to come out and suddenly acknowledge these positives as outweighing the negatives, as obvious as they may appear to be to me.

6 players over 30, lack of depth to fill those holes once they go. Doesn't get much clearer than that. Not to mention with these 'experienced players' we still are a mid table side. We might play some better football than last night throughout the season but it will be short lived once all these players go and younger players have to be fast tracked because they didn't get senior games last year / this year. Sick of everyone not acknowledging the glaring obvious.

Schulz go walkabout? he was decent and to be honest the ball wasnt delivered that great to the forward line.. lets see how he goes over the next 4-5 weeks at a lenghty crack at the full forward position.
