Hendo starting to work into it, looking more comfortable.

Judd will be Judd just a champion, carrying the team.

Hammo His second half was very good, actually tried unlike a few others.

Garlett tried hard all day against the odds.

Maybe it is also a positive that we got smashed? I am clutching at straws, but maybe in the long term it could do us some good, we still have seven games to go and this hammering will hopefully fire them up.

needs to stop carrying the team and worry about his opponent who more often then not lately is doing more damage then him!!!

Judd- didn't he play on Boyd?

Garlett - yes agree

Hammo - is beyond hopeless

Armfield & Henderson.

Armfield is a seriously good player. Rarely gets beaten one on one, takes the game on and his careful disposal is getting better.

Henderson tried extremely hard both back and forward, and was often a victim of his teammates' pathetic decision making.

Armfield's deficiency seems to be when leaving his man to spoil, he completely misses the ball?

Has happened a few times now, he has the courage to go back with the flight and attempt the spoil, he just misses it?

Clowns like you who continually see no fault in him are the reason why he gets exposed the other way all the time, all opposing teams are aware of this and plan for this, get a clue clown and watch objectively. I agree about Houlihan (who in the f--k calls him Houli!!! anyway and Carrazzo is a dud of the highest order).

As I said get a clue FFS!!!

Seriously I'm ignoring any individual positives from this game for us a team there was not one positive. We should not be pin-pointing anymore that hey yeah this player did ok... collectively as a team we have gone backwards!

If StKilda and Geelong played to their full potential against us we would not be in the 8 right now.

Our one positive if that is that we are still in the 8 and that this game is hopefully a reality check for the coaches and team to lift their game and improve our game-plan and heart/soul leading towards the end of the season. Moments like this is what can make/break our mob... and sadly I think the way our heads are at at the moment it will be a breaking moment.. I sure hope I'm wrong.

Judd and boyd went head to head for maybe a qtr in total..
i don't know why people are comparing their games

Armfield, Henderson, Jacobs, Garlett.

Judd was pretty good but didn't defend too well and his kicking as usual was atrocious.

What the truck were you watching? 22 of his 27 disposals were effected. The 2 behinds he kicked are classed as ineffective, another one of his kicks down to wing to Hampson (contested marked)was ineffective and he had one clanger handball in our forward line in the 3rd quarter that went to the opposition when he was surround by four other bulldogs players, plus one other ineffective handball.

What else are you expecting?? As for not defending well, Boyd wasn't his opponent for the whole night (probably about 20-25%) of the time.

Watch the f*cking game again.

No one here said Boyd was his opponent for 100% of the game, read the f--king posts again!!!

Week in week out he pays little respect to his direct opponent and they hurt us, this might mean 5 different opponents throughout the game which was probably the case again tonight.

Stop watching with the CJ glasses on and in the big aroused state he obviously sends a few into!! Treat him like any other AFL player who has 2 arms, 2 legs and Oh yeah, a f--king opponent!

Gibbs was on Cooney for the majority of the game and I don't think he went near Griffen, who had a tag on him. Armfield definitely spent a lot of time on him as did Walker, I think.

I agree i thought he plaed 75% of the game on Boyd but was asking the poster if he onl spent 25% of the time on Boyd he must of spent plenty of time on those 2 as Boyd, Cooney and G were on the ball most of the day.

Love the Judd but he got beaten today:mad:

Look, I agree that his efforts again were very good among many not very goods, but I have to agree with the point that his kicking is again letting him down. In every game this year, he has taken at least a quarter to find targets and again today his first quarter was not what you'd expect from the guy. The miss at goal - under no pressure - in the first quarter was telling. The best kick I saw from him was the decision to go to the corridor on the 50 which gave Simpson the goal. Other than that I didn't see anything that made him stand out.

Anyway, I came here to find some positives and sadly it's the same old spuds labelling elite athletes spuds.

What the f*uck are you on about?
The post by big red is back said that Boyd was his opponent. He wasn't, can't anyone comment about that?

My post was in relation to Judd's kicking - someone said it was atrocious as usual- which tonight was not correct.

Since you watched the game tonight and know exactly who's Judd opponent was at every part of the game and when they burned him the other way, why don’t you enlighten me? Instead of generalizing ---

I am not saying it doesn't happen at times, what the F*ck to you want? An attacking midfield that tries and wins his own ball, or a defensive midfielder. You can't have it both ways all the time.

BTW I don't need my CJ glasses on, my eye sight is fine, the way it is and as far as I am concern I am as objective as it comes.

Carlton were Sh!t tonight and Brett Ratten is the worst (Match Day) Coach in the league and by a long way too. Why the Truck would you have Lake not playing on an opponent?

Big Red asked a question!!!

Carlton were shit tonight and I agree Ratten struggled.

Why no one played on Lake for most of the night or the others that were loose down there.... well I'm trucked if I no!!!
