what players that wil be delisted will be worth trading, i used to think tha cupidio from the lions would be handy if he was up for trade, who else.

P.s - With all the crapping on about how brissy have 25% of their list for QLD how about the victorian clubs with interstate players, one that comes to mind is this years rookie of the year, he might want ot go home one day. And how about WC not giving up pick no.5 (ashley sampi) for Des Headland, i think they will live to regret that one.

trades

since delisting is what happens after trading is finished, you don't really trade delisted players but...at tigerland...

king, bidders, vardy, torney, Rogers will be offered amongst others. pettifer and D.Kellaway , also Chaffey will go for the right trade.

Trading and drafting is a very inexact science. You may draft a player who looks the goods, but 18-21 is a very topsy turvey time in a young man's life, and so many things can either go right or wrong for them. We look back at Simon Black being drafted at 31 and wonder why so late, but at the time there were possible 30 other young men showing even more potential but their careers didn't kick on as they would hope.
From a Hawthorn point of view, I hope we pick up nothing but Victorian players from now on, these interstaters getting homesick are pathetic.
It just goes to shw that football is nowhere near totally professional. Can you imagine a person reaching the top of the tree in his company, then turning around and running home to mummy?

cupido will be traded for sure, i used to be good mates with him and still see him quite abit, expecialy since he come back to melbourne after he relized he wasnt going to get back in the brisbane side...

He is coming back to melbourne for sure, he hates it at Brisbane, was talking to essendon earlier in the year, i dont know if those talks were still going on but he was also talking to a few others, i think collingwood was one of them

but i can garantee he will be back in melbourne next year dont know in what colors but he will be coming home
