I reckon there must be something more to the Lyons story. He's far too good to just be delisted on the basis of 'not good enough'. He would have probably fetched at least a second rounder in a trade I would have thought.

Nah Frost has had 14 concussions in 6 years, suspect this has been in the works for a while. I wouldn't be shocked if we also delisted Bastinac though.
