There has been some talk of Hille being the starting ruckman as oppose to Cox. But I'm sure most Essendon fans agree that Cox has been better (not much), not only has he had more hitouts, but he gets a heap of disposals around the ground as well, It's a fair effort dominating so much in a struggling side like Cox and Hille have done (although you guys have been doing all right towards the latter end of the year ). But I must admit I have always been a fan of Hille and I have definitely noticed and enjoyed his improvement, he has improved alot more than Cox. What may sway the selectors, is that most of them are victorians (i think), and that Hille has improved alot more than Cox. I think if Hille ends up being the starting ruckman, then Cox has been a victim of his own standards.

Just my 2 cents, anyone agree?

In my opinion Cox will be first ruckman, and 'maybe' Hille on the bench.
Sandilands gets heaps of hitouts, but they are rarely to advantage.

Hille should get a spot and Stanton might (but probably won't) get spot on the extended list.

IMO I don't care how many players we have in the AA team. Football is a team game and champion teams win premierships. Team of champions don't. AFL awards don't mean much.

But a team of Champions can still be a champion team, just look at Geelong, a prefect example.

agree that Hille is our only realstic chance..

IMO he's been better than Cox this year for total output ( don't have stats to back this up) but in their only meeting so far Hille smashed Cox..

For all you guys saying Lloyd is a chance, no, he isnt. He is behind Fevola, Franklin, Bradshaw, Brown and Pavlich at least, and also Richo if they name him up forward.
