I would suggest that King would get in after 2 solid games in the magoos. For perhaps Obree, but highly doubt it seing as he never gets dropped. Willo has done nothing wrong but could find himself on the outer as MM might think that theire is no spot for him. Make Lonie earn his place. T.cloke wouldn't mind him, to stretch the height of the North defense. Egan should earn his spot by playing quality footy in the magoos shouldn't be picked because of his pace, hes poo.

So blanketing Eddie Betts wasn't enough for you?

blanketing a 3 game player who was experiencing hamstring tightness aint something to write home about.
looks down on confidence and having made some more charasteristic clangers wont help that.
look, i rate the kid and think he has the potential to become a very good player for the pies. just think he needs to find some confidence away from the glare of fans and media.

wouldnt bet on it.

t cloke i think will play a senior game this year. i know he isnt supposed to but he will regularly be in the best for willy this year and if rocca or tarrant goes down, which i hope not, he'll be included without question.

id so no change as that can give so much confidence to a side - "no change"

i dont think there will be any changers if anything as much as i would hate to say it coz i think williams played alright on saturday with his 2 goals but i think he might come out and maybe didak might come back in give us that spark back along the forward line.

Reports suggest that Lonie was lucky not to get the votes for worst on ground. Looked disinterested.

That's why he has to play in the seniors. His passion isn't Williamstown. Go and have a look at Warnie's figures for Victoria. It's a similar type of thing. I'd be inconsolable if we ruin this guy and he ends up starring at another club that lets him play where he plays his best footy.

Jason must have been damn good yesterday, he played 2 1/2 qtrs and was BOG before being belted by a scumbag Werribee player. Then Werribee ran away with the game when he was off, made it worse on the scoreboard

In: J.Cloke
OUt: Cole (No one could possibly suggest dropping Obree or Williams before this pile of crap. Wasted space in the team. No intelligence, totally ********s up as much as Shaw, cant kick. Give him the boot)

Possibly King, forecast is for rain on friday, so another hard bodied player might be useful, might see walker get dropped though

Hey guys hope you don't mind me just coming on your board. But Pheonix is right there are rain forcasts for Friday Night (Which I think may suit Collingwood, although it's hard to say we have embraced the wet in previous years). The wet will probably affect both teams INS and OUTS.

Anyway goodluck Friday, let's hope for an entertaining battle between two sides in a bit of current form.

cheers benno87...looking forward to a tough contest, first team we are playing this season with some solid form behind them so hopefully we can get a real gauge of how we are going

williams wont be dropped, one of the fittest blokes at the club, ran it out last wekk and kicked a few good goals

from what i saw of the game (admittedly not a great deal) cole did alright on betts (correct me if im wrong)

no change for mine

You Idiot. They are playing at the G
Well, it should be at the Dome considering the Dome is our home ground and this match is our home game. Oh well, guess we will just have to beat you guys out doors instead! :D

Good luck all!

IN: David King
OUT: Shane O'Bree

David King should lift in the clash against his former club.

Also the T-Train won't get a go when it is wet and C.Cloke, Rocca, Tarrant and Walker are all in the side and in OK form.
I do suspect he'll get a game this year though, he is looking great.
I would rather include Egan over King but King has been in better form and if necessary can play in the midfield as he is replacing a midfielder.
Johnson, Licuria, Burns, Woey, Holland, Morrison, Rowe, Lockyer may seem like plenty but there needs to be plenty of rotations.

LoL if we were going to recruit the Kangas David King, sure he was a great player, but id pull my hair out if we got him :p

hopefully Kingy gets a run, had a good preseason, is kicking goals at Willy, and if its meant to be wet will probably knock a tall out of the side, maybe Walker or Maxwell even

Dropping Walker would be dangerous.
He had a good game but was killed by stupid free kicks. This will kill off his confidence if we dropped him.
If it was absoloutly necessary to drop a tall for a small I would drop C.Cloke except he is our only ruckman.
All 4 of the big blokes in Walker/Rocca/Tarrant/C.Cloke are needed IMO.
C.Cloke - Ruckman/3rd Tall Forward
Walker - 3rd Tall backman/3rd Tall Forward/Ruckman
Rocca - CHF/FF/Ruck
Tarrant - FF/CHF

Maxwell is not really a tall he plays more like Clement and plays on smaller players. He is good in the air but also great on the gruond so I wouldn't drop him for the rain.

I think both clubs will keep a close eye on the weather and keep a few smalls on the emergency list, the forecast is for a few showers, it all depends when the rain comes down.

Team selection could play an important role in the outcome of the game.

Hope its a great game played in good spirit.
