Jack Steele would be top of my shopping list, pick 24 2014 draft to GWS, Canberra lad so no Victorian go home factor, 187cm 86Kg, not yet a big reputation, tough/hard at it, inside/outside mid that can play forward too...kid is a future gun in waiting. Would gladly give our 1st for him next draft.
You and I have similar taste, I think - was just going to make a post on this, as Brett Anderson has been writing that Jack Steele could be looking to leave and GWS could be looking for points.

Interestingly in the Sauce article on afl.com.au it mentions Ricky Henderson needs to play 5 games to trigger a contract for next year. If he stays fit he will manage that comfortably.

I wonder if he can decline that contract and sign elsewhere as a free agent if he desires? Or if its an automatic rollover.
I'd expect that it would trigger his option to renew. I doubt that it would work the other way. Same as a + + lease.

Another player that doesn't run both ways, just what we need....NOT...

Great offensive player but any defensive actions are absolutely foreign to him, just not in his DNA...highly doubt Pykey would be interested in Dustin with his "team" ethos.
I don't think that we should concern ourselves with the 2-way runningness of our midfield whilst the coaches appear to not. How many years now?

Really don't need Heeney .....not suiting our needs, as why would we want a marking midfielder ....it's so overrated this contested marking thing
Why do you post like a wally?

Heney is a star and yet you twist his post to suit some agenda of yours.

Just leave it alone. He's like the homeless guy on the bus who's talking to himself, or the guy on the street corner holding an illuminati sign. There's nothing to be gained by engaging with them.

We should, no have to, go after Hogan and put him in the midfield. The blokes a contested marking beast, tall, strong and everything you could ever need. The fact that he'd be wasted in their rather than played forward, and probably would do sweet **** all off the ground, is largely irrelevant.

Hogan in the midfield is a terrible suggestion. He's a gun forward
