Have you seen him play? He's absolutely in the bottom six selected for Hawthorn When He's Fit. Which hasn't been often in the last two years.
He's got almost no exposed form for the last two years for various reasons, some of which are freakish and shouldn't be repeated, but how do you assess his worth on that basis?

He is also in his early 20's. He also spent a lot of the past two years injured. He is also competing for spots with Hodge, Mitchell, Shiels, Hill, Smith, Lewis and Hartung (there's probably others I've missed too). Hawthorn is also extremely good at developing players - known fact.
I never said he was worth pick 13, we should save that for Menzel. That's why I brought up the idea of trading 13 and 32 for Menzel and 20, and then on-trading 20 for Anderson - maybe needs a bit of tweaking, but that's reasonably fair for starters, IMO.
