As Brian Cook said in that clip Michael Voss will coach Rd1 next season. Rock solid leadership. Whereas other clubs sack coaches who go on to make a grand final, the year after they won the grand final. Brian Cook >>>>>>>> Daylight >>>>>> Koch & Eddie
Look at how the boys turned it around after that. Great players premiers in waiting.

Not sure why anyone is posting ITT when realistically Voss has a 12-18 month window to win a flag - which won't happen - before he gets sacked
On paper we’re a better team than the Pies. Only a matter of time before that translates to flags.
