Hi guys, sorry to post on an opposition board - but to be honest, I feel I'm in the minority - I'm a non-Collingwood supporter, but not a hater of the club. I have always loved Pendlebury, and other past players, Bucks is one also. The reason I'm posting, I'm seriously wondering, why is a team with such pure talent (Treloar and Adams I obviously know as we traded them with you).... performing so badly? What will happen next? I just want to see the Pies play finals footy because their list is good enough....

The club needs to begin some serious conversations around Clarkson, Roos and Ratten. The club can inform Bucks of their process to replace him, should he wants to coach until the seasons end let him, if not let Burns take over as a caretaker coach.

Golly gosh. He hasn't had a great year, and perhaps a few commentators over-inflate his tyres from time to time, but the idea of trading away one of the few players at Collingwood who can navigate through heavy traffic seems as wayward as one of our set shots for goal.

I don't dislike him. I just think a KPP is more important going forward and Sidey has the best value of realistic trades. Pendles is a no. Treloar and Adams are our future Pendles and Swanny and the rest give us sweet f all in value.

+1 I will respect Bucks forever but he isn't the guy to be coaching us. Period.

We are unable to perform well enough at anywhere near the required consistency. One good quarter of football every few games just won't cut it.

Stale coaching gameplan and tatics. Poor decision making, and players who cannot kick goals from 30m out. Against Richmond 2.9, today 1.9......pathetic

The other aspect that frustrated me today was the lack of communication between our players. Often we spoilt or bumped each other out of the contest (marking or ground level) without killing the ball, which left Essendon players out the back unopposed.
