lol thats one thing i always consider when making a side. You want between 2-4 players from good teams (Bulldogs, Geelong, Saints) and between 0-3 players from shite teams (Richmond, Melbourne, Freo).

I always do a team tally each year to see where the numbers lie. Just hope that Freo dont have too many games like this one:

why didnt you use that money to upgrade one of Gray Medhurst or Ziebell? Ive counted 12 keepers in your team. Youre going to need to use all 20 trades to get a side full of keepers.

Expensive gun forwards are too unreliable to judge this year, I even have doubts about Pav which is why I'm playing it conservative for the first few rounds (I'm going for my league anyway so it's not as big of a day losing points early)

Gray & Medhurst (big punt, but I see him going back to his '08 form) I've pencilled in as keepers and I think Ziebell may surprise a lot of people this year.

considering only 2 of my 5 dockers were in that game and one got 120 i'm happy. Go the dockers! Kick around that backline all afternoon, just lose the derby to eagles... mmmkay!

Had this exact side although Hall instead of Ziebell for pretty much the entire month of the preseason. Then got scared off of Gray due to injury and switchd it around to what it is now.

you would want your backs and rucks to stay injury free. Waters will be a concern until you upgrade, and im assuming you have less than 10k in the bank otherwise you really should have Warnock on the bench. Otherwise its a pretty impressive team.

Seems like many have Dangerfield.

Had many games last year but his price didn't go that high.

I'm not sure he will be on the improve.

I picked Sam Wright. I've saved a few dollars and hoping he can rack up a few touches named on centre wing. Sam was drafted a year later than Dangerfield but is only a couple of months younger.

Looks like there is less competition for spots at North too.

Hope he's my gun pick

I made a few panic trades about an hour before lockout when i decided that I was burn't by too many zeros last year and couldn't handle the stress of Malceski and Robbie Gray in my team.
