Football Manager 2011. Needed a point to on the last day of the season to win the Scudetto with Inter. I was playing Lecce. It was 2-2 in stoppage time and they got a corner. I figured with the defenders I'd have I'd be able to clear it and the whistle would go and I'd be league champions. But no, they won the header and scored and the whistle went as soon as I kicked off. I was not happy. Lost the League by a point, was ****ing raging like no tomorrow. Reloaded and won 3-0.

The cocky **** started to pull useless tricks and then tried dribbling his way through with his keeper. Stole the ball off him twice and got it back to 4-2 by the 85th min.

Then he decided to defend seriously again, I managed to get another goal back in the 89th min and then passed my way through to score the equaliser right at the death (3 min stoppage time). I even paused the game before I had the shot to abuse him back.

Here I was thinking the whistle would go immediately and I'd forced ET but then the lucky prick launches a long ball in frustration and hits a volley that takes a huge deflection and goes in.

I just turned off the system and hurled the controller across the room.

Probably my biggest ragequit was with Need for Speed Underground. I went absolutely mental when for the it must have been hundreth time the cars somehow magically caught up right at the end and pipped me at the post. Oh jeez, I don't even want to post what I did. :o

I have had full blown fist fights with my brothers over video games. I remember one with NBA Jam. Hahaha! makes me laugh to this day.

There is the sweet spot with the basket to the left where if you get it right you can drain 3 after 3 in the corner. Well I was doing that repeatedly - he said "if you shoot one more three from that corner I am going to smash you!" - Well, I think you know what happened.

Then there was the Mortal Kombat spats. We had to put a ban on using Raiden otherwise it would only end in tears.

Haha, I totally know what it's like when someone finds that unstoppale skill and just keeps whoring it. For my brother and I it was Golden Axe on the Megadrive, in the 1v1 battles you could do this running kick thing while they got up, and as they were locked out of control until their character was on their feet, you just used to whore it again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again.

Lol at the brother bust ups over shit like that.

Some rage quit moments for would be actually the biggest would have to be Mike Tyson's punchout on the NES. I've seen people beat him on youtube, but it's nowhere near as easy as it looks. I've had that game for the better part of 20 years and have never beat him. I gave up on that dream long ago, actually I'm surprised that cartridge has survived with the amount of times that thing has been tossed across the room in rage and told Tyson to get f*****

Speaking of Mario Kart, for me it doesnt get any worse than baby mario's chomper chain on Double Dash, the thing was so overpowered it was ridiculous. It lead to so much rage by people winning cheaply by getting it on the last lap that we eventually banned baby mario in multiplayer.

I've rage quit a few Call of duty ,atches especially one game I remember which was a capture the flag game, we only need to capture it once more to win. This idiot had the flag and instead of capping it he decided to camp right near our base and whether he was trying to make a video for youtube or not I dont know, but he clearly didnt have any intention of capping the flag and kept camping and trying to rack up kills (depsite about three of us telling him over and over to cap the flag), sure enough he eventually got ambushed they rescued the flag and I abused him (which is the only time I have ever really done it) and rage quit.

Prick switches to Blanka.....wins 10 straight...my controller hits the wall....

3 days later ( conned my olds for a new controller ) , DONKEY KONG COUNTRY.....stuck for 2 hours on same spot......lose my shit and stomp on controller until it is dead dead DEAD !!!!

Playing WWE SD vs RAW 2011 and homos using the freeze glitch , yep i just abort straight away

I actually stop playing for weeks if i get cannon rushed.
 
I was trying to do a Madden Moment in Madden 10 as the Bucs...have to score and win with only a few seconds left. Managed it...and then the Giants scored on an 80 yard hail mary on the final play because Hakeem Nicks broke 4 tackles. ********!

Oh and the one where you have to win a game as the 0-16 Lions down 8 with 90 seconds left and no timeouts is currently causing many ragequits.

Couldn't do it as a youngster.... in fact i did it for the first time in my early 20's. I was pumped that i finally did it :thumbsu:.
 
Might have been posted, but NBA JAM on the SNES gave me strong ragequit moments. I played as the cavs, and the last team to beat was Houston. Could never do it, I tried over 100 times. I'd be up by 20 points and then comeback mode would kick in, and they'd regularly clock up the "he's on fire" and would always win by <5 points. Ripped the game out of the system many times, and one time it qiped all my stats. Haha never played it again.
