My only concern at present is my forward line. I'd love to upgrade Krakouer or Ziebell to a Fevola, but can't find the cash.

Gun midfield...not sure about hasleby though.
Forward line is good too.
Only concern is the ruck combination...probably should downgrade cox and upgrade leuenberger.
If your looking for more money trade harvey for a mitchell cross or bateman.

If you're overly concerned about the forwards, you could always switch Harvey with Skippy/Higgins.

This will both spread the risk out a little more, and also enable you the chance to pick up another "MID" classified player throughout the season

Found that i could not possibly get a good team if i had an ablett/riewoldt/cox in my team. i reckon this one is pretty balanced and all 8 emergencies will play this year

With all due respect, my personal opinion is that your team needs a bit of an overhaul.

DEF: There's no guarantee that Shaw will shake a tag and return to his pre-08 form. Jason Gram has been unsighted this pre-season and there are also question marks over whether or not Adcock can perform. Isn't Grant Birchall injured?

MID: Pendles and Kerr are others that will cop a heavy tag each week. They are high risk, high return players, so good luck if you stick with them, but I'd be looking to offload one of them for someone that will receive less attention.

RUCK: Charman is either injured or carrying a slight injury into the season.

FWD: Lucas is another high risk, high return player and Wade Thompson needs to be elevated before he's eligible to play! Stevie Johnson probably isn't the best option at Geelong and Roughead may be upstaged by Franklin but then again...could be ok.

Good team i would have to agree change drummond he can be very injury prone, not sure bout brown either havn't seen much of him this year maybe u ciuld downgrade drummond then upgrade brown or s johnson i had s johnson last year and he can be either very good or bad with SC points.

You probably didn't get any comments because it's basically a replica of thousands of teams we've seen so far.

It's a good team, the only change I'd make is if you can, get rid of Kruezer, he did nothing for me last year. If he's the only decent one in that price range then I guess you'll have to stick with him, unless you downgrade Ablett to Bartel or Corey or Hodge and use that extra cash to get someone like McIntosh or Hille

Very ordinary backline while hodge is a star if u trade him and bowden u can get say gilbee and goddard and an extra 160K to upgrade one of your other backs..
and Presti as an emergengy....honestly..yeah he wont miss any games but his value surely wont go up and when u pick players epecially emrgencies they have to increase value or there pointless.. 254k get rance or suban or petrenko and get another 140K..

like your midfield interesting choice in grigg ive been looking at him and i think his price will rise alot..
all in all not bad except backline.... hodge bowden presti OUT gilbee goddard and rance in and youll have another 300K

very nice team and well balanced as long as you have faith in your midfield rookies as that is a risk but more than likely should come off.

My theory is to pick players that will all go up in value..
there are four rounds before the Supercoach season starts so im thinking ray will hopefully go up maybe 60-100K and then i dont mind using a trade to get Ablett who surely cant go up anymore..
the same for skipworth or J Riewolt in order to get franklin or Nick Riewolt..
as for the rest of my midfeild i think Knights is ready to break out with solid preseason form and Foley will be the happiest man at tigerland that ben cousins is there..

what does everyone think?

The fourth and possibly even the third ruck positions are dead positions. must spend bottom dollar so you can spend else where. If they play it's a bonus, but it is unlikely you will make any worthwhile money from them.
