Not sure if Taylor will really provide any value this year so you're probably better off with an established player or a rookie, Pick Hodge as a back and then get yourself a mid-range midfielder like Haselby.

Interesting changes in defence. Hodge could be a gamble. But nice work in getting Cross in your line up. I would keep him in there if I were you.

I'm pretty new to SC so not sure how that looks. I'm not sure about H.Taylor and M.Stokes. With the way the Cats share the scoring around I'm not sure if Stokes will get many big scores. Any suggestions for a possible replacement?

I think I have a pretty good balance of keepers and cash cows.
At least 50% of my bench should play.
Not much cash left but I don't really think that's necessary.
Managed to get probably the 5 best scorers for this year in (IMO): Ablett, Judd, Goddard, Cox, Harvey
