Potential Father/Mother - Son/Daughter Picks

Thought this would be an interesting thread to create and follow given some of our long-term players are beginning to have children. As of right now, 13 male players have played over 100 games for us - Jarrod Harbrow, Tom Lynch, David Swallow, Michael Rischitelli, Steven May, Gary Ablett Jr, Sam Day, Trent McKenzie, Alex Sexton, Aaron Hall, Rory Thompson, Matt Shaw and Brandon Matera. This is my understanding of when the children of these players would be eligible:

Kai Rischitelli (AFL) - 2031*
Riley Harbrow (AFLW) - 2033
Lia Rischitelli (AFLW) - 2033*
Penelope Hall (AFLW) - 2035
Koa Shaw (AFLW) - 2036
Charlie Swallow (AFL) - 2036
Charlie Ablett (AFL) - 2037*

*Also eligible for another club (Rischitelli - Brisbane, Ablett - Geelong).

There are other players like Jack Leslie who have recently had kids but it's questionable as to whether he will meet the minimum 100 game milestone. What about AFLW players we have recently signed? Sam Virgo had a daughter named Harriet towards the end of last year (eligible 2036) but I'm not sure about any of the others. No doubt we'll see plenty more over the coming years so this should be a fairly active thread.

Although they are not technically father-son picks, I'll also put this in here because it's the closest we are going to get for a few years. These players WOULD have been taken as father-son picks for us if the rules of a few decades ago were still in place when the AFL ruled sons of local QAFL players were considered father-son eligible at the time (see Brisbane's acquisition of Shane Morrison for context).

Brett (Southport) & Rory Thompson
Games: Brett - 68, Rory - 103 (so far)
Premierships: Brett - 2 ('85, '87), Rory 0 (so far!)
Career Highlight: Brett kicked 6 goals straight for Southport in the 1985 QAFL Grand Final that the Sharks won by less than a goal. Rory kept Buddy Franklin goalless in the Suns' first ever win over the Swans in a 2018 away fixture at the SCG.

Troy (Southport) & Brayden Crossley
Games: Troy - 95, Brayden - 10 (so far)
Premierships: Troy - 2 ('99, '00), Brayden - 0 (so far)
Career Highlight: Troy played a crucial role as a tall running backman for Southport on route to their QAFL back-to-back-to-back-to-back (four consecutive flags) in the year 2000 and would consistently turn the ball back the Sharks' way. Brayden is only in his second year as an AFL player but his highlight so far would likely be his 2018 debut against the Bulldogs in Ballarat where he recorded thirteen disposals, seven hitouts, five tackles and kicked his first AFL goal.
