Judging by comments that Mike will go somewhere in the top 8 or so when he's been overlooked twice now compared to SA u18's/AIS James who would arguably be a more realistic chance to go top 10 in 07.

James is the top 10 chance IMO.

Mike is still a very realistic chance to get drafted, considering he is the one playing league atm.

BTW, only overlooked once.

re: summerton's 3rd quarter on the weekend,
it was ginever who apparently praised summo's third quarter as his best for the club during the 3 qtr time huddle. (maybe soders was lying)
Don't shoot the messenger

Wonaemirri is one that I think a lot of clubs will look at.

Young Aish has been doing OK at SANFL level this season too from the small bits and pieces that I've seen of Norwood this year. He'd be about 20+ though now wouldn't he?

Interesting read, thanks for posting.

Buckley I rate pretty highly. Reason he didnt get drafted was probably again hes a touch too slow and there were numerous players of his ilk rated higher than him. That natural aggression though. I remember the game against West last year at Richmond, in the space of 3 minutes he gave Jeremy Clayton a rib tickler in the bottom of a pack. Clayton decked him which gave him a free. 30 seconds later him and Clayton were toe to toe throwing real punches at each other. A minute after that he baited Maric into picking him up, body slamming him and putting him in a headlock. Ended in 2.1 in the space of 3 minutes through baiting his opposition into decking him. Crazy ****er.

That'd be Wanagas. Is an absolute tough nut. Would love to see him get a second chance and be drafted this season Has the footy smarts to make it IMO. Perhaps his desire to play might not be all there, but he just has a great footy mind and is no doubt worth a shot.

I played with Toby back in juniors and i'm saying No ####ing Way right now! Once every one is his size he is a very average footballer.

One who has improved alot this year is Michael Wundke from North Adelaide and should be looked out for;)

Also another bloke worth looking at is Andy Read from Sturt, he's only played 2 reserves games and is very raw (he's only played footy for 2 years) he has a hell of alot of pace and natural flair.
Schulz was BOG in the reserves this week. ;)

He's a gun at everything.

He'll get drafted for sure, pretty highly too one would think.

I'm not sure how highly though. Even in a weak draft I don't think he's one of the top prospects although his performances for SA might lift him up a bit.

I'll go late 2nd round as I think he lacks a bit of size.

He doesn't lack that much size anymore. I saw him about a month ago and he's bulked up a lot and would probably be around the 185 mark in height.

Shane Edwards is smaller than that and he went at pick 26.

I'll go late 1st round, early 2nd.
