Ive already emailed the club saying I will be requesting member refund if they accept it.
We won't be copping draft sanctions.

That's what the Vic media thought would happen post Camp and it didn't.

It'll be a fine, that's about all.

Mate Nigal Smart was one of the few players that were studying at Uni while Playing, he Bachelor of Arts, Believe he studied Political Science before he became a board member, Then he went on to get an MBA in Business at a later date,
He one of the few ex-players who have the qualifications to do the job.

Ben Hart differant story.

he does not. His employment history was totally inadequate for the role he was gifted.

Says a lot about our succession planning though.

I mean the only person we had in line to replace Chapman died. 1 guy, that's it.

That’s just Chapman’s excuse and ego. He believes that only he can do the job of AFC chairman and he must impart as much of his wisdom on the next person if they’re any hope t even be half the performer that he is. He’s a complete ****wit with no idea at all. In his twisted mind, the worse we do, the more important it is that he sticks around to fix us up. He doesn’t see his influence as part of the problem and it’s only his influence that can fix problems.

so your argument is the miscommunication or misunderstanding was on the part of the police and not the Crows? I am highly highly sceptical.

Also SA police have said why they didn't lay charges, becuase they used their discretion and made it an 'education' opporunity
No, My argument is The Crows Obtained approval from SAPOL to train, Which They did,
They did not break any state Rules.

What role was he gifted back in 2004
He was ask to accept a position on the Board by Bill Sanders. That is not a paid Job.

Edit Correction made from Burnie to Bill my mistake

They genuinely don't know how to punish us. It's like the camp, all the media figured we would get reamed.

We didn't.

And the camp was worse.

They probably just wanted Hart sacked and they’ve had to go back to the drawing board. It’s a tough one. Not worth draft sanctions, fine would normally be fair, but pretty rough these days. Player suspension seems rough when there’s a coach there running the show. Everyone knows we’re going to have a shit season, so premiership points aren’t really a penalty at all. In all seriousness, I’d be suspending the coach and fining the club. Maybe that’s why the club has gone public saying there’d be no internal sanctions for Hart. A bit of club support as we walk him to the AFL’s plank.

His part of the organisation is bleeding cash.
Where are you getting that information can you share because the information in front of me is telling a different story.
what data?
Data that show he was a Flinders Uni Bachelor of Arts, with a Political flavour, The Data that show he achieve his MBA at Adelaide Uni.
Data that he been going OK as the COO,
Look I don't want him as a CEO but I cannot find Fault with his current job, I cannot Find Fault with Bill Sanders asking him to join the Board.
So I am not going to attempt to take him down without Proof of wrongdoing.

Amusing that our COO, one of the most senior positions in the Organisation has been shunted to look after e-sports, and the pathetic dickhead puts it in his twitter handle while being a creep.

Our club is a mess.
Because we let them. Our chairman is a disgrace.
Any sign of that ****wit?

A Job he got After he Completed his MBA in Business at Adelaide Uni,
But we were talking about his move from Player to Board member. in 2004 not his leaving the board to take up the COO role 2013. believe he replace Mark Colson who left to go interstate.
You do understand he went from being the CEO of the Kids Charity Variety, his previous job history include
National sales and marketing manager of the Jobs Statewide Group,
National business development manager of Disability Works Australia,
Network development manager SA/NT for the Toyota Motor Corporation
Sales and sponsorship manager SA/NT for Lion Nathan Australia.
He did have the Qualification to do the COO role.

We’re screwed until he leaves.

A lame duck leader is poison.
