5. McKay (should have kicked more, but for 7 goals he gets the chocolates)
4. Fogarty (set the tone for the match and put us in a winning position)
3. Cripps (smash, that is all he needs to do)
2. Jones (insane rebounding game)
1. Walsh (37 touches, incredible motor, super consistent all day)

5. Cripps - 34 disposals, 18 contested possessions, 11 clearances, 6 marks, 10 score involvements, 2 goals. Monster game in anyone's language.
4. Walsh - 37 disposals @75% DE, 13 contested possessions, 5 clearances, 4 tackles, 9 score involvements, 3 goal assists. Takes some game to reduce him to 2nd.
3. Jones - 20 disposals @85% DE, 9 marks, 609 metres gained, 16 intercepts, 10 contested possessions, 5 score involvements. Just a rock in defence.
2. McKay - 17 disposals, 10 marks, 7 goals. How can a 7 goal game that could have been 10+ only earn 2 votes you say? Just the 2 contested marks. His game was setup by some wonderful entries by his teammates.
1. Fogarty - 25 disposals @80% DE, 7 tackles, 7 marks, 8 score involvements, 6 intercepts. Our best recruit over the summer.

5. H - 7 snags and dominant. Even though it was an easier type of bag, it was still a big bag. Much rarer than 30D as a mid.
4. Walsh
3. Fogarty
2. Jones
1. Crippa - just nudges his fellow skip who was also v good.

BNB Parks. It's a good sign when a 1st game rookie defender doesn't make you nervous in a must win game.
