Im gonna hazard a guess and say that running 13-15kms per training session is gonna keep your legs relatively small.

Marshall looks like he has gone backward in terms of size - disappointing. Love the picture of Hayes taking a mark over some rover - oh that little man was Westhoff!! Good to see Hayes jumping in that photo and the clearance he is getting - when he first came back from the knee he was pretty much playing with feet on the ground
