Larkey, Chom and Darling can co exist so long as each know and stick to their roles and the same goes for Cam and Curtis...but if all fly at the contest then we really need to seriously question their footy IQ!!.Happy to assune you're right and that Chom should play forward. Presumably, we couldn't play Nick, Jack and Cam there as well, at the same time. Who do you reckon would be the weakest link then? Cam?
Since we love kicking down the line or to a contest, IF you said Chom leads down one wing and Darling the other with Larkey staying inside fifty, we suddenly spread the defense rather than telegraphing our usual kick to a contest that has our two KPF in that contest...plus the ruckman.
Weakest link as in a forwad or working defensively? In just two praccy games we've seen how the ball is going to Darling and Larkey leaving Cam to roam and same with Curtis...if the bloody midfielders lowered their eyes sometimes, they might spot them!! Defensively they have to all have work harder but when the oppo spreads, it's not because the forwards can't keep it locked in, it's the two wingers, 3 centre bounce players and the ruck that drift so far down that they leave the fat side open.
