BTW You guys once had Alan Bond as president, and he bloody ripped off ordinary australians as well, can't really defend Pratt's actions if he's guilty, but put in perspective, you guys would have loved someone with Pratt's wealth at Richmond, and hired the best personal staff to the club (IE Gregg Swann and the former fitness advisor to the Australian cricket team) ...

I would suggest that most Tiger supporters do not view Alan Bond very positively. Probably due to awarding the B&F to 'Dale Whiteman', or maybe due to him publicly saying he goes for the Weagles nowadays (among other things)

I'd also suggest that very few Tiger supporters were upset when Bondy went to jail. The guy was a crook.

the thing with richmonds culture is we dont cheat,tank,lie or beg the afl to save us from bankruptcy.
when richmond were down our supporters rallied & saved our club.
even when we had the opurtunity to tank & get priority picks We won the games & avoided it.
carltons salary cap breaches were proven & they were penalised accordingly.
richmond had 1 player who was deluded and wanted something that he never earned or invested in, something like fevs current offer where if he behaves he gets an extra 100k & if he goes on a bender and screws up yet demands the club still owes him the money.

so really you are grasping at straws there carltons cultural problems are ingrained from many many years ago.
where as richmond are an honest club that sets a good example to both the community & to our young players.

so please mr x go back to defending your criminal president & try to convince yourself that he is a good guy that trying to run his buisness
by ripping off the mums dads kids for his personall gain.
