Prestia said he had been “really impressed” by Hardwick ever since their first encounter.

“He was just genuine, he really cared about you as a person, which I found was great. I find the boys want to improve under him and he gives the boys every opportunity to improve,” Prestia said.

“Just focus on using your strengths and if you come with intensity and a good attitude, you’re going to be in the game. It’s pretty simple, his message, and I think the boys really like that.”

It starts with being 'managed' (not playing) pre-season, then missing round 1 (aiming for round 2), then round 4, then round 6... real deja vu here.

I really feel for Lids. These injury concerns can't be good for his self-confidence. He's got a new club and probably wants to make a good impression on his team mates and his new fans (all 8,000 of them) and he gets injured again.
