Yes, there is a Poll and thread for it. He is under 21 at the start of next year and has played less than 10 games.
I think he will do the best of our eligible players.

Soon as I heard it (Synergy) I cringed TBH. Seems like anyone who does an interview has been instructed to throw it in.
Still, if it helps positively re-enforcing the message I'm all for it.

Really? I do understand how you may feel that way and to me it's the way the term was used that had a good feel to it.
Words for the sake of words mean nothing, but clearly the idea is to get the guys to work as a............................team.
That sounds easy enough and maybe even should be common place, but it's a competitive environment, when 44 players want to fit into the first 22.
Once the support is in place for one another, and the respect is there for one another, the term synergy can come out to play. I think it's ready.
