Pre-season commentary

i would like the tv commentators to focus on calling the play during the pre-season & also during women's games (I'm on board for this comp as well) as opposed to editorialising & going off on a tangent, as I want the players identified.
Last NAB challenge it was perplexing picking the new players as I like to watch games involving all teams. I'm sure the fantasy footy fans (I used to do this) would appreciate it.
Then when the regular season begins, they can revert to regular commentary.
Perhaps, FOX could have an option for the play by play call?
Does anybody else feel this way, or am I just a grumpy, old, "out of the box" thinker?

She doesn't commentate, she just strings a number of cliche's together to form a sentence.

Another pre-season begins and another year knowing that Jonathon Brown's voice is going to act like fingernails down a blackboard to my ears.

Derm was unbearable last night.

He simply needs to stop doing Hawthorn games, gets worse every year and if he stops over complicating everything or gushing over his Hawks he actually can add some good stuff.
