Questions
1. Is the Lottery only between Rich carl Stk? I think it is

2. Must players name the price they want before the draft?

This way sides that are tight can not pick them up because of salary cap pressure.

3. What is stopping a player from nominating a very high price to get to there prefered club, than doing a different deal once there?

4. Can nut spell? na


Also hopefully Rich, carl and the saints sit down and sought out who they want so that it doesn't really matter about the Lottery.

I can't see anyone half decent ending up in the pre-season draft anyway, so who cares who get's first pick.

They might pick up Ross Funcke.

1. Lottery between Carl & St Kilda only.
2. If a player names their price, then that price is counted in the salary cap. If no price is nominated, then the club & the player negotiate a price. So to make a short answer long, no.
3. This would only work if their preferred club had the most room in the cap. Otherwise there is no point to this. Regardless of whether this is the amount paid, it is the amount that is counted in the clubs salary cap.

Well after the last few years not many players delisted were picked up in the National draft.
Clubs taking kids first. So expect a few being picked up in the pre=season draft.

Side will have to make adjustments and the players presently at the end of there existing contracts will either have to take a pay cut or go in to the draft.
