I wouldn't go to any game that features a team who intentionally cheated then got rewarded for it.i might just go to the bendigo game

I would not mind going but I would have to go by train.
After 10 minutes in the car and the Sciatic nerve pain drives me crazy.
That would be a great idea if the club hasn't thought of it yet.Wonder if there might be some buses out of Geelong.

I agree rabbi a traditional 2.10pm time slot would be perfect IMHO, kids in the car at 10am picnic lunch on the lake at Dayleford and on to the game, home at 6.30pm a day out to remember.
Is the Geelong vs Essendon fixture in Bendigo going to be a regular occurrence? Didn't we play them there earlier this year as well?
you know im only good for smart arse one liners, any form of detailed analysis i leave to the likes of yourself, partridge, dazbroncos and in particular jubjub
I've explained this numerous times. The stand is of no consequence to having the same amount of home games as last season, and bearing in mind they've given us a home game at the MCG after the stand is due to have been completed.
The three games that Geelong play in are in Tassie, Adelaide and Bendigo.
With the game in Bendigo starting at 4:10 pm on the Sunday, it may be restrictive to those who have to be up early for work on Monday. But still, there is always the local pub with Fox TV.
At the same cost, yes, in part.Ok so you've cancelled your membership because we've got one less Geelong game than last season?
I dont think we played them at Bendigo. However I think the club has been pushing the Bendigo line a bit with a couple of VFL matches held there each year, just a stone's throw from our VFL's sponsor's headquarters. Is the Geelong vs Essendon fixture in Bendigo going to be a regular occurrence? Friday, Feb 17 - Geelong v Hawthorn (University of Tasmania Stadium)
Sunday, March 5 - Geelong v Adelaide (Richmond Oval, Adelaide)
Sunday, March 12 - Geelong v Essendon (Queen Elizabeth Oval, Bendigo)
Sucks to be a Victorian-based supporter unless you're within an hour or two of Bendigo....
Same. It's not too far for me.i might just go to the bendigo game
You can catch the train straight there? Or do you need to change at Southern Cross?I would not mind going but I would have to go by train.

Tough life.Change trains at Southern Cross.
Being an Adelaide-based supporter, I'm pretty happy about this. Richmond Oval is a stone's throw away from where I work. Depending on how many people make it to the ground, I may well utilise my employer's carpark. If West Adelaide's league side matches are anything to go by, there will be nowhere to park for miles.Friday, Feb 17 - Geelong v Hawthorn (University of Tasmania Stadium)
