Getting a quality CB was already a priority before his injury, now it is an absolute must. Cannot go into the season with Lindelof playing alongside either Smalling, Jones or Rojo. Get the Maguire deal done!!

Good wins over Madrid and Bayern at the Audi Cup in Munich. Tanganga continuing to impress this pre season at CB. With Foyth now likely to play at RB the kid could be our 4th choice CB

In fairness, if Jose can claim the Community Shield as a trophy, we can claim this. Actually had to play 2 games...lol
Watched the game against Hertha Berlin yesterday on ESPN3, ended up winning 5-3.
Defensively we were a shambles, shows how much we miss Fabianski when he doesn't start.
I think we'll sign Cahill or Aaron Long before the end of the window, Diop and Balbuena are a little underdone, and I wouldn't classify Reid or Ogbonna as PL quality anymore.
Gotta say Haller and Fornals both looked the goods though.
