Could be the difference this year . If the three stay fit all year ( armo, Steven & Ross ) we can make finals this year .
Missed him so much this year in centre clearances and Steven will def appreciate him getting some attention as well.
Could make a serious difference if just Stuv is back to full fitness and form, but if he is, and Armo is as well, and we have those two, Seb, Koby, Steele and Dunstan all going well at once, our midfield could be miles stronger than it was this year.

Would also give us a lot more options, like Seb or Stuv on the wings (like in the last 3 rounds) and more of them rotating forward etc.

Realistically, he's trying to save his career this year, and it's probable that a big part of that is building strength.
He could be real weapon next season .
Keep the mobility and add bulk to stop being pushed around at clearances.
Good on him , hopefully his hard work will bring rewards .

His upper body is also noticeable small.

Longer would have to stuff up to lose his place. We’re a better side with him than Hickey.
The past 2 premiership ruck man roughhead and nank. Very robust strong fellas with fantastic football ability. I dont see it in any of our ruckmen so far. If marshall can put on a bit of size he could be our best option going forward. Ge has the tricks to cause headaches for the opposition.

10 WB With 55 hitouts dominated the ruck duels and also worked hard in packs.
16 Rich Thoroughly towelled up Nankervis in the ruck and kicked a rare goal.
23 Rich Probably Saints’ best. Gave great effort throughout and one of few to play consistently; 12 disposals.

Didn't see Koby out there at all at any time.

Armo on the other hand looked as good as ever. Was very pleasantly surprised at how good he looked and went and that he did (as far as I'm aware) the whole session.

There might have only been about 20-25 who did it all to the end.
Koby had groin surgery after the end of last season , maybe he’s on a reduced work load for awhile .

Can’t wait for 2018 season.

I underestimate how big McCartin is becoming. He looks massive compared to Membrey in that picture, so thick through the hips and big shoulders.
If the game shifts back to more 1v1 contests in each teams forward lines he could really monster some teams ala T Hawkins.

Cheers, although some are certainly better than others. If there's a trick to taking photos into the sun I haven't worked out what it is yet!
It’s always better if it’s cloudy . The sun messes up photos all the time with shadows and reflections etc . You did well considering the bright sun .
