It would certainly make sense if Tredders was playing. Rutts normally plays on Tredrea, who normally plays at CHB (when he's not found roaming the wings).

However, with Tredrea missing it does look a little odd.

I know I shouldn't say this but if we are fair dinkum thsi week, we should towel this mob given our recent history in the showdowns over the past couple of years.

Didn't see the showdown last time due to being o/s and am now watching a replay of that game now - how bloody good were we in the first quarter.

A few observations from that game -

Port - Tredrea, Peter Burgoyne, Walsh, Shattock, Pettigrew, Motlop and Lonie will miss this time

Adelaide - Roo, Perrie, Welsh and Bock didn't play whilst Vince, Porplycia, Massie and Maric did. We are significantly stronger from my reading of the teams. We just need to get our sh**it together.

100% agree. One thing with youth is that if you get on top of them early, they'll probably fold like a cardboard box. Give them a chance and they'll keep having a crack to the final siren.
