Precdictions for this year

How do you all think that the tigers will go this year? Who will have a good year? Who will be the players to step up? etc

I think that our year will be similar to last year. We wont play attractive football but we'll get the results. I think that we'll finish 4-6. Stafford will be a very good pickup and hopefully he will allow Ottens to stay forward as he did last year.

I think that Pettifer, Fiora and Coughlan will have good years, especially Coughlan who i think will be that hard, in and under midfielder that we so desperatly need to assist Clinton King.

This year is an important year for us because we really have to consoladate because I remember when we made the finals back in 1995 we missed the next year and all years up until last. So it is really important we make the finals this year.

I still think a lot of opposition clubs don't rate us highly but that is ok.

I think our current list is very strong and in a few years time is hopefully good enough to take the big prize. I think this year our finish will be similar to last.

I hope Stafford is able to perform so Ottens can spend time up forward which I reckon is when we are most dangerous with Richo and Ottens in the forward line.

Stafford is key this year and a good run with injuries again wouldn't hurt too. Ijust feel that we may be exposed for talls if Stafford or Ottens gets hurt for any lenght of time and we may struggle. If we get and good run with injuries and natural improvement from our 2nd & 3rd year players then we should finish top 4 or 5 again and anything can happen in the finals after that.

Putting all injuries aside, I think we should do very well. I'd say on equal terms or higher with 2001 however our tactics and strategy etc would have improved. We are now in our 2nd (or is it third?!) year of Spud's plan and I think it is going great guns. If anything we should improve. With Hudson, Richardson and probably Ottens firing up forward then hopefully the rest of the team can deliver it to them! I reckon Rogers, King and Ottens will have good years and I'm predicting great things for the Kellaway's!

We should improve. I believe we have the players, It's a matter of how well we use them and how well they perform.
