So with the Spurs smashing the Jazz the NBA Finals Series look pretty well set. Im not 100% on the exact matchups, just let me know if I am wrong.

What are your tips?

Eastern Conference:

Boston (1) v Atlanta (8) - Celtics 4-0

Detroit (2) v Philadelphia (7) - Pistons 4-2

Orlando (3) v Toronto (6) - Magic 4-2

Cleveland (4) v Washington (5) - Cavs 4-3

Western Conference:

LA Lakers (1) v Denver (8) - Lakers 4-1

New Orleans (2) v Dallas (7) - Hornets 4-3

San Antonio (3) v Phoenix (6) - Spurs 4-2

Utah (4) v Houston (5) - Rockets 4-3

According to Yahoo Houston get the 4 home games.

1. at Houston
2. at Houston
3. at Utah
4. at Utah
*5. at Houston
*6. at Utah

Why?

Because Houston has a better record 55-27 compared to Utah 54-28, the only reason Utah finished above them is because the Division winners must finish in the Top 4 of the Conference.

I think thats how it works anyway.

I have said all season that the Hornets wont get out of the first round

Questions will be asked of Chris Paul if his team crumbles. Deron Williams took the Jazz to the Conference Finals in his 2nd year.

We will see if Paul is a champ, or a chump cos hes already badly lagging behind Deron.

How many Playoff games has Chris Paul played in?
Hasn't played in any yet, but halfway through last year the Hornets were all but going to make the playoffs but he got injured and then you saw how the Hornets dropped away without him. Then this year he has led them to second place in the Western Conference, sure he hasn't done anything in the playoffs yet, but to say he is badly lagging behind Deron is just crap.

Wont happen

Jazz in 5, although a sweep is possible. Rockets might steal a game at their home.
