For the people predicting 5-6 wins are we expecting to lose our coach then??
That's a very good question. 5-6 wins would mean no improvement on our lamentable 2012 performance. When talented players are let go because they can't/won't subscribe to a new coach's methods the coach needs to get results from those methods. I'm hoping and expecting that he will, but if he doesn't his position will certainly be in jeopardy.

I guess this isn't the thread for it but even if we only won 5 games I'd still give neeld one more year .. We can't afford to rebuild again I'd be willing to give him as much time as possible (within reason) at the end of the day h has to get the best out of stagnating players to get us anywhere , wins / loss is semi irrelevant

i prefer to see it as re-educating the players rather than a rebuild . Just hold your nerves guys ,this season could be anything from good to not much better than last year ,but i really think we will see the fruits of his(Neeld) efforts in 2014 .

Im holding my nerve alright, Im squishing it into a super tiny ball so that if Neeldy fails and we have to rebuild the rebuild of the rebuild, I won't feel the urge to go postal

It's not Neeld's fault we had the tanking cloud hanging over our heads whilst trying to fix a very poor list.

I disagree with everyone on Dawes and reckon you're being harsh on him. As long as he does what Mark Neeld recruited him for and plays his role, I'll be happy.

Everyone has such low expectations for Dawes I'm not sure how he could possibly disappoint.
