Yeah had a few drinks last night, was meant to say out of a can, not glass.

Picked up a bottle of Gonzalez Coke today.

I associate cans of coke with moderately-high levels of activity. For instance, after each game of footy we get free cans of alcohol and coke (would go for the beer but I have to drive home), and the coke goes down very fast and very fine. Same with tennis, after three long matches in the 35 degree weather, purchasing a can of coke from the fridge is something worth looking forward to.

I drink mostly from the plastic bottle because it has the most quantity, but overall you can't beat a nice cold glass of coke from the pub littered with ice.

Glass > Can > Plastic

I prefer cans. But bottles are ok. Not the glass ones. Personally i'd possibly smash it

I always found that buying those small 300ml glass Cokes from cafes that they'd either be not fizzy or much too fizzy, with an artificial taste

Agree with OP, but usually I trust cans the least. I remember in the late 2000s I used to get Bundaberg Dark & Stormy 6 packs in NSW (bottle) on about a weekly/fortnightly basis. Then I moved to Victoria and they only had cans. I swear, almost every time 1 out of the 6 cans would taste like a rat died in it.

Kind of turned me off cans in general. And the bottles tasted at least 2 x better.

At least with plastic you kind of know what to expect. Cans are unpredictable.

Plastic coke definitely wins in terms of portability and amount though. You don't have to finish it all in one go (even if it tastes best when opened).

I'm a coke fiend: I rarely have it out of a glass so I'll go with can as my favourite. Also +1 for maccas coke, there's just something about how smooth it goes down.

You lot are as weird as my ex. She flat out refused to drink Coke from a glass or plastic bottle, had to be a can with a straw.

Can't believe there is actually more people out there that apparently have a preference in how they consume Coke. It all tastes the same to me, (although to be honest i can't remember the last time i had any.)

Was in London last year after a Contiki tour and the place we went for tea blew my mind just by putting a slice of lemon in their glasses of Coke. It was unreal.
