Would be a HUGE turn up for the books but lets hope he puts his best foot forward and stays injury-free.

:thumbsu::thumbsu:

that's usually the case

:rolleyes: sarcasm?

There was a difference to previous years. He was on the rookie list and was injured at times, also was still learning the ropes. He's gotten past all that now (well hopefully) and will be playing senior footy next year.

I really hope that we don't play kreuzer for more than about 12-14 games next year. Let him develop. Maybe a system where when Kreuzer doesn't play, Aisake or Hampson come in to replace him.
Hopefully the Blues will play Ackland in the VFL all year and only play him if people get injured.
I'm still not convinced by Cloke, but i think playing three ruckmen (Kruezer, Hampson, Aisake) who wouldn't have played more than 5 games put together is not a very good idea.

im happy to see krueze play, but in the FP only....and doing a bit of rucking from boundry lines throw ins in the forward line
Actually, I think he'd be more likely to be "out-bodied" at boundary throw ins and ball ups aroubnd the ground than at the centre square.

I agree that he should play forward, but don't be surprised to see him in the centre square as our third ruck for patches, and pushing forwards/back as needed.

If we just restricted him to playing FP it would be a waste, and he'd be better taking the first ruck with the Ants IMO.

Hampson in the ruck and Kreuzer as ruck rover for a spell of about five minutes. :D

Or vice versa.

Hampson is that quick and Kreuzer so mobile and good below his knees it might actually work. :eek:

Kreuzer roved his own tap yesterday and set up play with a handpass to the mid running past to the congratulations of his teammates.

It would be funny to see both line up on the ball and Kreuzer rove Hampson's hit out.

Cloke will be our number one ruckman next year and looked in great shape at training yesterday.
