Yes it is but it is a National Competition but I’m Happy for the old South Melbourne and Fitzroy supporters maybe I can enjoy some of both your clubs in years when we are forced to relocate to Darwin.

I actually thought Geelong played near enough to our best against quality opposition, but we were not good enough.

Kai Lohmann's Prelim should absolutely go down in history as a Great Brisbane Lions Finals performance.

That was the greatest win I've seen, that just surpassed the Semi Final win last week in my mind. Beating the Cats at the MCG in a classic Prelim Final finish. Feels like we were building to this for the last 6 years.

Yet the media bang on and on and on about Geelong making top 4 consistently. That means absolutely nothing if you don't win the Premiership. I mean sure, Premierships are hard to win...very difficult....but I reckon they (Geelong) have underachieved in my opinion.

Well done Brisbane Lions and awesome result for the club and their fans/supporters. In my opinion, its probably the best Finals win by the Brisbane Lions outside of their 3 Premiership wins (2001, 2002 & 2003).
