5/6 goals were cheappies, but happy with how he is going. But seems to be lacking clean hands and two way running from most reports. Happy to have him in the team but Mountford is ahead at this stage.

Still gotta be there to get the cheapies...

With what i saw last night, 2 way running is the least of our worries. Clean hands? lol Our disposal full stop is beyond shiteful...

400+ point loss coming next week.

One of the most efficient sides I have seen in a long time. They don't rack up many disposals, but god do they punish teams with the few they do get.

Doesn't matter who we bring in, drop or promote. It's going to be wolves vs sheep.

Not as keen as most others to bring in Waite. Whilst I agree he is probably our best forward when fit, the reality is he won't be at the club next season.. so would rather continue to play those who are

I think we will need more defensive midfield pressure to stand even a chance against the crows. We get killed in there without Swallow. I'd drop Simpkin or Turner for Mountford

I agree, unless the other option is to play Hansen forward.

Really wish Wright wasn't injured so we could drop that pretender McMillan. Worst performed of the back 6/7 and is next to useless when playing as a spare man across half back.

Out: Simpkin (rested), Hansen (susp), Atley (Omitted)

In: Clarke, Waite, Mountford.

I still think we are carrying one too many half back/forward flankers who can't rotate through the midfield. Clarke to come in and play as a genuine wingman and give him a few runs in the centre square. Atley isn't contributing enough and Mountford can run with Sloane.

Having Mountford/Clarke in who are genuine midfielders allows us to rest Ziebell/Cunners forward a bit more and lowers their workload a bit.

Waite needs to come in, Wood needs the pressure taken off him so he can play that third forward

This is the sort of game we should be looking forward to - nothing to lose mentality.

They have a 6 day break and have to come to Hobart.

The size of the Adelaide heads will be growing each day as their media gets out of control over there - our backs are in good shape, with Waite back our forwards can cause them problems.

We just need to break even in the midfield - Cunners will be fired up after last night, Higgins was sharp against GC.

Obviously the Crows will be odds on in a big way but we will get a bit of confidence from last nights win.

Don't write us off just yet.

They're unbelievable. Whoever said they're scarily efficient is correct. So many weapons across the ground. Their whole forward line can contribute - and score heavily while they're at it. It doesn't just extend to their half forward line or their midfield. Their half backs (Laird, Smith, Atkins) all roll through the middle of the ground and get into dangerous positions with ease.

If we turn the footy over, we're cooked. If we move it too slowly, we're cooked. If we aren't precise coming out of defense, we're cooked. If we don't cover their transition or limit their effect at the clearances, we're cooked.

Goldstein needs to flog the arse off Jacobs in the centre. We need Cunnington's best. We probably need another tall forward to help Brown who might get the greatest finger ****ing of his life from Talia if he has to go one out in the forward line. Wood won't be enough. Gibson on Mackay will be a good battle. I hope they give McDonald the Sloane job, but Sloane is in far better form than he was when Luke gently bathed him all those moons ago.

I think they have too many weapons. Not convinced our HF line can go with Atkins, Laird and Smith up the ground. Can't see us winning.

Thompson - Walker
Tarrant - Jenkins
Williams - Betts
Mullett - Cameron
Vickers-Willis - Lynch
Atley - Milera

Thommo on walker gives me nightmares.

Adelaide's strength in their forward line is that they have a 6'4 bloke that moves like a 5'11 bloke and a 6'6 bloke that moves like a 6'2 bloke.

We put Thompson on Lynch last night because Wright is bigger, and I wager we'll have to do the same with Walker and Jenkins next week.

Anything under 6 goals will be an encouraging result.

Adelaide are that ****ing good at the moment. Their forward line is the best the game has seen in a long time.

Atley and Turner are the two outs for me. I would prefer Simpkin to play if fit but if not 100% I would take a "no risk approach" with him.

Clarke and Hibberd in (Wagner for Simpkin if he is not fit)
