wasn't so surprised to see beaui got up. always thought they were a better team than what the results said
xavs and beds looked like a good contest
surprised how close blues got close to bernards, maybe it was the scrappy conditions

Tips for this week:
Old Melburnians vs Old Xaverians - OM's have had a much better start to the season then last year and I see them finishing mid table... in saying that Xavs are flying and should knock off OM's. Xavs by 50
St Bedes/Mentone vs Uni Blacks - of the sides Ive seen this year St Bedes are up there with the snow dogs as a top 4 side! and with Blacks being terrible SBMT should win by 100
Old Scotch vs St Bernards - I rate the snowdogs a lot higher then the Scotchies, this should be the match of the round being close for most of the day but Bernies class and forwards should get them over the line. St Bernards by 18
Uni Blues vs De La Salle - I dont think this will be as big as a beating as everyone is saying it will be! Uni have shown they can compete with the best! and De La are that! De La should win by 40-60
Fitzroy vs Beaumaris - Dont rate either side! but I think Fitzroy have the more upside with their new coach!... only tipping the roy boys due to the home advantage! Fitzroy by under 10 points

and with the clash at Straddy last week.... all I can say is the Bogans don't say die... and I'm sure we are to hear more in the next week or so about the game...
